Writer Needed!

Are you currently on the 5:2 diet? Do you plan to stay on the diet for the next month or more? Do you enjoy writing?

I am seeking a writer to write voluntarily on We Eat Things for the next two months. If you have a blog or website of your own and would like to promote it on We Eat Things, it would be a great opportunity. If you don’t have a your own site but would like a chance to share your progress and writing skills on a global scale, then that’s fine too. I have between 1,000 and 5,000 blog views per day, and hoping this will increase gradually over the next year or so.

I need someone to write a 300-500-word post twice every week for the next eight weeks, talking about your progress on the 5:2 diet, discussing things like what you’ve eaten on fast and feed days, whether you’re noticing any side effects (such as bad breath), if you’ve lost any weight or felt any healthier and if you’ve combined the diet with any exercise. Before and after photos would be great as well.

Please email me at HEC527@live.co.uk with an example article (perhaps your potential first post on the site). The closing date for article submissions is Friday 17th August 2012. 

Once a writer is chosen, writing for We Eat Things will start next week (Monday if possible). All you’d have to do is send me your articles via email twice a week and I will post them onto the blog.

  2. I’m absolutely new to blogging! I was inspired to start so that i could track my experiences on the 5:2 diet (started last Saturday) at FeedFastFeast.wordpress.com

    I’m a 35 year old obese male (6 stone to lose) and I’m going to be covering my experiences of fasting, both physically and emotionally. Im also researching a lot of the science that’s been done on fasting, so I will be sharing my thoughts on any research that I’ve read. In addition I will be posting weekly updates of my weights and measurements including body fat% and blood pressure. I’ll also be talking about exercise and as a chef I’ll also be duty bound to post recipes!!
